I decided to follow Jesus after his precious grace overwhelmed my soul at the age of 10. A friend had invited me to a VBS at Calvary Baptist Church in Henderson, Tx. Throughout the week I learned stories about the God who came to this earth to satisfy the wrath that I deserved for my sins. I understood my sin and I trusted God to completely wash me "whiter than snow." I’ll never forget the day I feared the Lord, repented, and fell in love with the sovereign God of the universe.

I was raised in church, and at a young age of 7 I made a profession of faith. I knew a lot about religion, but truly believe God revealed Himself to me at the age of 17; it was at that point that I was aware of my sin separating me from a Holy God. Once I began growing in the Word I quickly realized my faith would be tested! As I am growing I have realized how much we are truly in need of a savior, and good news really isn't good news until you know the condemnation due to you. Long story short the Lord God has saved me from His wrath and amazingly dwells in me and has lead me and taken me places I never would have even thought of! All Glory to God for His work in me.
